the night lighting is drawn really awesomely and i like all the angles they're done nicely! and the emergence of their personalities is neat

like, over all the pages, the worldbuilding has really built up ^^ seeing the different facets of them is interesting. at this point i cant really guess anything, it seems like anything could happen 0_0 cant wait for the next page as usual!!

The first thing I want to point out for the scene (though I'm sure others have said this too) is that the lighting looks so awesome, like, I've been at like the situation of a gas station very late at night and like, the lights where they're sort of semi-worn out and it creates, this, specific lighting. So it really sets the mood imo.

The use of text is really highlighted and like, I feel like I'm perhaps not completely getting the symbolism? My best guess that Lola is in the scene smoking and the cigarette pack says it's dangerous while the pump sign outright says to not smoke, with like how Lola seems during the scene is like, resigned to breaking rules not out of wanting to but needing to.

Also Sugar's hand on Lola's knee is very gayyyyy
